Training of pastors and potential church planters is going on continually thanks to the DOVE Bible College based in Nairobi which offers courses in Bible, Leadership and Missions.
- Students attend six 2-week training sessions over a period of two years before being issued with a certificate of completion of the course.
- Sessions are taught by qualified local church leaders and international pastors and teachers in various areas of Bible knowledge and pastoral tools that equip the pastors to lead their congregations more effectively.
- Most of those trained continue to serve as pastors or fill other leadership roles in their congregations.
We have seen tremendous fruit and consistent positive results as leaders are better equipped for church planting and for teaching their members from a strong biblical foundation.
